Monsters category's that fall under Fabulous beasts are Dragons, Ground beasts, Hybrids, Sea and Lake monsters, and Winged creatures. A dragon is a mythical monster usually represented as breathing fire and having a scaly reptilian body, wings, claws, and a long tail. There are many different types of dragons. The most common being the Chromatic dragon and the metallic dragons. Chromatic dragons are the color dragons such as white, green, blue, black, and red. It is sometimes called Nessie and is said to eat men. Winged creatures are just what there name says creatures with wings. Probably the widest known winged creatures are the Pegasus and the Phoenix. The Pegasus is a winged horse that was said to have sprang out of Medusa's neck when her head was chopped off. A Phoenix is a mystic bird of fire. When it gets old it dies by fire and a baby Phoenix is born from the ashes.
